The production process of our Leo model begins with the meticulous selection of premium solid beech wood. Cut and shaped with millimeter precision using modern CNC technology, the wooden frame achieves a flawlessly smooth texture in the hands of our experienced craftsmen on the Loca Design production line. Treated with special protective finishes to withstand the heavy traffic of HoReCa projects for years, the frame is finally paired with high-quality, sag-resistant foam and expertly tailored upholstery details. Every single step, from design to manufacturing, is carefully planned to provide your spaces with timeless comfort and commercial-grade durability.
